At Bharatpathy Wellness, we strive to provide the best consultation services.
1. Refund Policy
We generally do not offer refunds once a consultation service has been booked.
However, refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment
- Technical error in payment
- Service not delivered due to our fault
Refund requests must be made within 3 days of the transaction.
2. Cancellation Policy
Users may request cancellation before the consultation session is scheduled. Once the service has started, cancellation is not applicable.
3. Processing of Refunds
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
